On the news updates of Kimberly the zipai queen, I totally mixed up the date of the Proteomics quiz. Only to realize that it's less than a week away.. when I havent started studying at all!

I had my first ever nosebleed in my entire life. Oh well, nose is better already, and I can smell now. So I guess things are fine for now. =)))


Went over to Xiaodi's house today to play Nintendo Wii. I was utterly paiseh 'cause I didnt bring oranges to bai nian while his parents still gave me ang pao! Ah. Super paiseh.


But Xiaodi, is you say no need one leh. Ahhhhh..


Anyhow, Anthony came while the rest all pang seh. And we were playing the Wii till our arms nearly died. My right arm is damn sore now from all the swinging of the Wii controller. = S


Anthony kept thrashing me in the darn tennis, and I thrashed him in bowling in my anyhow-throw-also-can-spare techniques, while we both sucked at boxing. Xiaodi was DAMN PRO at boxing la. But he was so damn funny.

We first stopped over at 7-eleven to grab something before heading over to 大伯家. Someone important said that this year gotta reach the place by 11am or something, so there was a mad rush to get there in time. = S

Actually, before the happiness, there was a whole lot of stress. Like the tight schedule that we brought upon ourselves with, the lack of useful articles online, and the unknown mechanisms of the drugs that I'm looking for.

Everybody were geared up for a battle today. The atmosphere was so tense that one could slice through it with a piece of paper. = S


Anyhow, it was the first time I ever brought my darling lappy to school.

And we ended things off with a YUM SENG. For erm, I don't know what reasons 'cause I thought YUM SENG is only done at weddings? But anyhow, yeah. 3 loud yum sengs! I think SJ has no need to face her hall mates for a week at least.


Anyhow, it was all good fun la. I enjoyed myelf like mad, and I hope the rest did too. =))

This is getting annoying.


While this is my blog, and I try my best to fill it up with happy thoughts, happy stuff, happy happenings, I cant help it if something nasty happens, and I wanna blog about it.


This is MY BLOG. KIMBERLY'S BLOG. I am allowed to my views. And whose views am I supposed to blog about if not my own?


While encouragements are welcomed, sympathies acceptable, and cheerful tags would make my day. I don't see the need of people imposing their views upon me while I'm still reeling from the hurt that resulted in the previous post.


Oh, and the person is hiding behind a nick of a "passerby". While I don't wish to expose who the hell the passerby is though I have a good inkling who that might be. Even a 99% chance of confirmation that the person is who I think it is, I don't appreciate the "I'm holier than thou" kinda comments.


Trying to enlighten me?


I don't wish to be enlightened.


And I know my friends/sister/cousins would never hide behind the facade of being a "passerby".

I know my blog is easily found by the numerous names of the people that I come into contact with so frequently in school, and I have no way of stopping unwanted people from reading my blog, ogling at my pictures, having access to my innermost thoughts.

I guess that's what one have to sacrifice in having a public blog like this, and not one that is locked up, or better still, on paper.


But I'm still allowed to detest unwanted stalkers of my blog, aint I? =))


I don't see the need to hide like our dear passerby: hiding behind a nick, hiding his blog away, so that I cant find it, while all the while, stalking my blog.


So, I would appreciate it if the passerby has nothing nice to say, just keep your mouth shut and nobody would say that you are a dumb just keep it to yourself.


And dear passerby? I know you thought that the post was directed at the someone that you are concerned about. Let me clarify: It isn't. So, have I put your mind at ease yet?


Hell, cant I even blog in peace? Isnt a blog an outlet? A healthy outlet I would say, instead of having violent outbursts in reality or something.

Why is there bullshits all around everywhere waiting for people to step on? Cant it be sunshine, flowers, fluffy clouds and candies instead?

Sometimes, when one keeps doing the "right" thing for the people around one, buying things for them 'cause it seems right, taking care of them 'cause the other person is taking care of one's child, sending them all around 'cause one feels that one owes it to them and thus one must do whatever one thinks one ought to do..


.. one inevitably hurt the ones that matter, overlooking the ones that matter, even going as far as forgetting about the ones that matter.


Or do the ones that matter matter at all?


Is it just a one sided thinking that one matters 'cause they ought to be the ones that matter?


One thus guess, with no expectations, there wouldnt be any disappointments. But how can one not be disappointed? It's in built in one. If one cant even depend on something that one has been counting on for the past 22 years, then there's nothing much in this world that can be relied on anymore.

I'm 4days late from my supposed birthday post!


But it's alright. Here I am again! Ho ho.


This year, on the day before my birthday, Daddy Mommy brought all of us out for a family dinner + birthday dinner for me.


It has been eons since we went out as a family for a meal la. Gosh.


Anyhow, we went to Cafe Cartel at Bukit Panjang Plaza.


And I ordered the huge ass ribs!



It's humongous.


Mei ordered marcoroni with cheese, chicken and mushrooms.



And I ate all the mushrooms for her. =D

Chris with his erm, I forgot the name. But it taste good!



And Daddy with his huge ass ribs too! Black pepper!



Mommy didnt order anything 'cause she would be helping us with our huge ass portions of food.


Such is the greatness of a mother's love. Everybody had a set except her, and she didnt mind. I love my Mommy! =D

But anyway, we were having intensive meeting for our project when Shuling showed up with Shixuan, Jiayi and Pinjie, along with a cake!


That's when I realized that they were celebrating my bday for me!
