I love the Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah song. It's just so cheery and happy and wonderful to sing to, and it fills me with immense happiness whenever I hear the song. =))




I like those singers with sexy husky voices. Like Chris Daughtry, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Hinder, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Fall Out Boy. And to think Biatcho called it the voice that has eaten 100 bowls of laksa. =X


And reason for me bringing this up is 'cause I'm listening to Fall Out Boy's America's Suitehearts. HOT!!!!




I'm super glad that Britney is back. "If You Seek Amy" rocks I tell ya.


And I seriously think that Britney leads a miserable life. All the fame came with the price tag of having no private life.


So as I told Xiang, be careful of what you wish for. =XX





I'm supposed to be writing my Materials and Methods (YAAAA.. I KNOW... Still not done yet! =XX) but I'm procrastinating as usual. And I'm like changing the blog template and updating my blog but not writing the M&M.


And I realized that whenever I procrastinate real badly, I blog. Or change the blog template. If you noticed the pattern of me changing my template, it's always when I'm gonna have exams, or something huge is due, or whatever.


I know, my bad. =X




I think I'm a damn good cook. HAHA.


I have been whipping up damn delicious dishes for my bentos every single morning that I'm so utterly impressed with myself. HAHAHA.


And Da Jie thinks that I ought to be more modest about it. But who will know that I'm a good cook if I don't announce it everywhere I go? No one else eats my bentos besides me and my Da Jie!


So I shall still stick by my annoucement: I think I'm damn good at cooking. Ho ho ho.


Oh ya, some pics of my bentos would be up soon. But they arent as pretty as Laoshi's as I havent been making the riceballs etc. They are just delicious hor. =DD




I'm becoming a hermit.


My Project Officer's social life is going for movies, eating Japanese food (SASHIMI!!!!), going swimming, singing K etc etc.


And I have been getting excited about the prospects of going to Sheng Siong with my parents.


Yes, it's that bad. Trust me on it.




I love chatting with Yannie on MSN during my lab. Then we would come up with crazy ideas. Or I would inform her about my bowel movements, or we would be reminicsing about our outdoor cooking days.


And we realized that we loved to sleep on the floor when we were children. Or rather, halfway through the night, I would run over to my parents' room and put the mattress on the floor to sleep. But I would end up sleeping on the floor anyway as the floor is cooler, and I would always roll over to the floor.




I liked to play with LEGO as a kid. I built houses, then played with the tiny lego people, creating stories every single day. And I would get damn upset if I were to lose one lego brick, or flower, or window as I knew how many of each flower/window/long pieces of bricks there were.


My childhood's about Mary Poppins, Sound of Music, Home Alone, Bao Qing Tian going "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay.... Ooooooooh.". I don't remember watching any cartoons at all so when people go "Captain Planet, he's the hero!", I don't know what the hell they are singing about.


But I do know how to sing the line "Captain Planet, he's the hero!" 'cause Xiang kept singing it to me back in secondary school. Don't ask me why she sang that to me, I really don't know.


Other memories include playing with Play Doh, sitting on the swing and singing all day long, clutching my doll which has eyes that can blink, learning Spelling (both Chinese and English) by writing them down repeatedly before asking my aunt to test me on it.


And I have always wanted a doll stroller to push my doll in, but that dream never ever came true and I was already all grown up before I knew it.


Oh, and I loved loved loved Enid Blyton, Famous Five, Secret Seven, Sweet Valley (High, Uni, ALL!), Fear Street, Christopher Pike, Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys.




This entry is getting a tad too long, and people are gonna complain about all words and no pictures again. But hey! It's rather interesting what! Read it people!


Alrighty, I had better continue with my Materials and Methods before the day is over. =)
